Delete your Deckster account

Deckster is made by Stable Growth AS. You can delete your account and its data yourself in the app, or ask us to do it with the form below.

In the app

1. Open Deckster and go to Settings.
2. Optional: tap Download all my data to keep a copy of your collections.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The deletion happens straight away, and the app signs you out.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send us the form below. We email you at your sign-in address to confirm that the request came from you, then delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your email address, name and sign-in.
• Every collection where you are the only owner, with everything in it: cards, history, storage locations, decks, wants, imports, prices and share links. Share links stop working at once.
• Your membership of collections other people own.
• Your subscription records in Deckster.

What we keep

• Other people's collections. If you added or changed cards in a collection someone else owns, that history stays in their collection, but without your name or email.
• Backups. Deleted data remains in our database backups for up to 30 days, until they expire.
• Purchase records. Google and Apple keep their own records of what you bought. We keep records of payments as long as Norwegian accounting law requires.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store under Subscriptions.
